Bryan Leigh is the founding partner of Factor Real Estate Finance, a rapidly growing commercial real estate advisory firm in the Mid-Atlantic. With over 18 years of industry experience, Bryan has successfully completed more than 500 transactions, totaling over $2 billion.
Before founding Factor, Bryan was the Senior Vice President of Debt & Structured Finance at Columbia National. In this role, he arranged debt and equity for a variety of deal profiles and significantly expanded his network by building strong relationships with life insurance companies.
Earlier in his career, Bryan served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at EagleBank. In this role, he specialized in construction and development financing, successfully growing and managing one of the bank’s largest commercial real estate portfolios. Bryan also gained extensive experience in data center financing, affordable housing projects, and implementing interest rate hedging strategies. He adeptly handled complex transactions, including largescale commercial developments and intricate financial structures. His efforts not only boosted the bank’s market presence but also significantly increased its profitability and asset quality.
A Washington, D.C. native, Bryan graduated with honors from Clemson University with a B.S. in Economics. He is a member of NAIOP and resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife and three children.

Pinson Neal is an Associate/Analyst at Factor Real Estate Finance, LLC, a consulting and advisory firm that assists different entities in structuring and placing their debt. Prior to working at Factor, Mr. Neal worked at a top accounting consulting firm where he assisted in the due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions. The due diligence engagements consisted of quality of earnings adjustments, accounting normalizations, net working capital analysis and debt and debt-like analysis.
Mr. Neal holds a B.S. from Wake Forest University with a double major in Finance and Accounting with a minor in entrepreneurship, and an M.S. in Accounting Analytics with a concentration in Financial Markets and Transactions from Wake Forest University. Mr. Neal holds a CPA in the state of North Carolina and is currently pursuing a M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Development from Georgetown University.
Mr. Neal resides in Washington, D.C. He enjoys sailing, scuba diving, bird hunting, skiing, and fly fishing in the Virginia mountains. Pinson matriculated from Culver Academies (2017) where he sailed, played lacrosse, and taught skeet and trap shooting in the summer.

With over 25 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate and Financial Markets, Brian possesses a deep and diversified expertise including Debt and Equity placements, Capital Markets, and Tenant Representation.
Prior to joining Factor, Brian had senior roles at Transwestern and Newmark, where he represented both public and private clients with a variety of Real Estate and Capital Markets transactions. Earlier in his career, Brian held Vice President roles at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, where he directed the underwriting and placement for Floating Rate Notes to be used as Qualified Replacement Property on ESOP 1042 Rollover Transactions.
A Northern Virginia native, Brian graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Finance. He currently resides in Vienna, VA, where he is a frequent puppy foster with Wolf Trap Animal Rescue, and enjoys training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where he currently holds the rank of blue belt.
